SkillsTutor is a 6-week life skills and customer service training workshop provided in an integrated classroom setting and online that provides marketable employment skillsets to Customer Service.
Excellent customer service is the lifeline of a business. Providing customers with prompt and personal customer service pays off, and customers remember good and bad customer service experiences, which causes them to reward companies that treat them well. Customer service is in every industry, i.e., office settings, restaurants, medical facilities, etc. and one trained well in customer service is also rewarded.
Workshops are provided as individual course offerings as well.

Life Skill Training
Life Skills training is for individuals, i.e., returning citizens, youth, women, or anyone undergoing a transition in life that are seeking learning, enhancing or support skills to effectively transition from a life filled with lack to a life of self-sufficiency. The curriculum focuses on workshops that focus on becoming successfully employed.
Customer Service Training
Customer Service training focuses on the behaviors necessary to serve the customer base of an organization professionally. It deals with behaviors, attitudes, and the presentation of oneself in a manner that sheds a positive light on the organization and leads to job retention.
